After many memorable vacations to the Emerald Coast, Cliff and his family relocated to Sandestin from Fayetteville, Georgia. Deidra serves as the Broker of the Company, a crucial position which she finds challenging and rewarding. After graduating from Berry College in Rome, Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics, Deidra spent several years as a computer programmer for Delta Airlines. She realized at an early age that investing in real estate was a pathway to building tremendous wealth, and her leap into Real Estate has been an exciting venture. After graduating from Auburn University, Debbie pursued a career in education. She taught at Vestavia High School in Birmingham, Alabama until retiring in 1999. Debbie and her husband have owned a vacation home in Destin since 1982. After retiring, they decided to move to the beautiful Emerald Coast and make it their permanent home. They live in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, and Debbie believes there is no other place quite like it. She decided to enter the real estate industry so that she could help others find their dream home. Since first stepping on the beautiful beaches of Destin in 1978, David has loved Northwest Florida. Growing up in Fort Walton Beach, he participated in many sports and continues to compete in triathlons worldwide. David has qualified four times for the World Championship Hawaiian Ironman, been a 16 time Ironman finisher, and a four time overall winner of the Sandestin Triathlon. His education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Injury Management and an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant. Having always had an interest in Real Estate, David pursued a career in the Real Estate Industry. Morgan Hepple is the oldest daughter of the Paradise Property Brokers Founders, Cliff and Deidra Milam. She and her siblings, Meredith and Parker, have grown up in Sandestin and have enjoyed all that the area has to offer. Morgan graduated from Niceville High School and the University of Central Florida, where she met her husband, Eric Hepple. They now reside in Sandestin where they enjoy pickleball, exercising, boating, golfing, and relaxing at the beach. Morgan can’t imagine living anywhere else. Eric Hepple grew up in South Florida where he enjoyed living near the beach and playing baseball. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Human Communication and was a Division One Student Athlete on the Knights Baseball Team. Eric also met his wife, Morgan Milam, while attending UCF. After college, he was drafted by Major League Baseball to play professionally for the Colorado Rockies Organization. Eric has developed superb negotiation skills through the years of playing a team sport coupled with a degree in communication. His competitive nature and intense work ethic are a recipe for success in any industry. Eric’s focus is to build quality long term relationships with everyone that he meets. He is eager to share his experience and to help his clients achieve their real estate dreams. Eric and Morgan love living in an area where they can play golf, pickle ball, go boating, and fishing year around.
Logan has been involved in real estate investing since 2014, and is licensed in Kentucky and Florida. He has experience in multi-family development, residential rentals, vacation properties, and remodeling. Prior to real estate, Logan opened and ran a local bank in Bowling Green, KY. He also serves on the board of a marketing company that provides services for international companies. Meredith Milam is the daughter of Cliff and Deidra Milam. She graduated from Niceville High School where she was a member of the Eagles Swim Team and the Softball Team. Meredith's love of sports and competition continued throughout college. She played softball at Palm Beach University in West Palm Beach and graduated with a degree in Business Management. Meredith's interests in outdoor adventure led her to relocating to Big Sky, Montana after college. While living in Montana, Meredith was employed by the prestigious Yellowstone Club where she gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry. Having grown up on the Emerald Coast with her brother and sister, Meredith’s fondness of warm weather and family led her back home. You may find Meredith on any given day on the beach, as she is employed by the South Walton Fire Department Beach Safety Division as a Certified Lifeguard with the United States Lifeguarding Association.
